	访问“重庆干部教育数字资源中心”：学员注册后，可通地SSL VPN访问重庆市委党校重庆行政学院内网的数字图书馆，以便于网络党校教员和学员查阅各类参考资料。 SSL VPN访问地址：https://221.5.132.253
	注册申请：若需成为正式学员参加网上学习，请先在主页“edu.cqdx.gov.cn”填写登记注册表,提交后待管理中心批准，就可登录学习。试运行期间免收各项费用，并赠送100M以上电子邮箱。
	课程选择：可通过“学生目录”分类或搜索查询，注册时请说明需要学习的课程类或课程号.
	课程学习：登录后，在主页点击“登记的教程”，在列表中双击“启动”，然后在课程页点击相应栏右侧的“+”型符号。
	计算机设置：安装IE6.0以上的浏览器，关闭上网助手、雅虎助手等安全软件的拦截广告、flash、插件等功能，个别操作系统需安装JAVA虚拟机软件，可在“edu.cqdx.gov.cn”的工具下载中下载。
	CSF格式课件的使用方法：请先安装"TeachingPlayer5.0"播放软件，可从主页"edu.cqdx.gov.cn"的"工具下载"中下载，点击按提示安装即可。 学习时可下载至本机或直接在线播放.
